A deposit
of 50 euros is required to secure bookings of 3 days or less. .
Longer
stays require a deposit of 50% of the total to secure the booking.
The outstanding balance is payable

weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings
made within 3 weeks of arrival are required to pay the full amount in advance.
All
payments to be paid via Paypal.
Deposits
will only be refunded if cancellation received no less than 14 days prior
to arrival.
Please
ensure you have appropriate travel insurance for your needs. UK residents
should apply for a European Health Insurance Card (this has replaced the
