A
typical country house built at the end of the 18th century which still
keeps its rural character. Situated in Mozaga, the geographical and agricultural
centre of the island, it is surrounded by 40.000 m2
of fields where native plants are grown and especially dedicated to palm
plantation.
The
main building consists of various rectangular whitewashed shapes in perfect
harmony with green woodwork, in the tradition of the island. A spectacular
entrance to the property is preceded by one large naked stone which has
kept its original shape and a typical garden of black sand which embraces
colourful vegetation.

house has conserved the flair of the old times, thick walls, keeping the
interior cool on hot days, pyramidal windows, wooden floors, high ceilings
with wooden beans and an interior patio with a gallery bursting with local
vegetation. |
Dining:
Only
high quality products are used in its restaurant. The chef blends Spanish
and Mediterranean recipes with a special interest in local dishes.
Breakfasts
are also delicious; English style, different types of bread, juices, savouries,
cereals, dried fruits and eggs. The restaurant only serves dinners and
breakfasts.
