Mas Masaller
is a 13th-century farmhouse reformed in 2010, located in Cruïlles,
next to La Bisbal d’Empordà, at the foot of the Gavarres Hills (declared
an Area of Natural Interest). The ground floor of Mas Masaller still displays
all of its original layout of stables. The wine barrels are integrated
into the dining-room located in the part renovated in 2010. Outside
the house, in what was formerly the vegetable garden, there is now a garden
of some 500 m², fully enclosed by a stone wall and containing the
house’s well and plant nursery. The garden of Mas Masaller includes a pool
with protected access for children, a playground, a relaxation area with
hammocks under the cool shade of mulberry trees, and a barbecue.
